DOCUMENTS NEEDEDOur office is currently open from the hours of 8:30am - 5:00 pm.
To apply for assistance with your utility bill through our Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), please provide the following documentation when applying. 1) SC License or ID. Your ID must match your utility bill. Your ID cannot be expired. 2) Social Security Cards for everyone in the household. 3) Your most current utility bill. 4) Income for the last 30 days for EVERYONE in the home who is 18 years or older. This includes Child Support and Utility checks. For Social Security Income, we need the 2024 award letter. Bank statements cannot be used. |
