LOCAL MISSION

To fight against poverty by mobilizing resources, providing opportunities, programmatic services, and advocacy thereby empowering people to realize and sustain self-sufficiency and self-dignity.

STATE COMMITMENT

 To build the overall capacity and resources addressing the needs of the state's low-income, vulnerable, and indigent population served by the fourteen Community Action Agencies and twenty-one Head Start programs in South Carolina.

About ABCCAA

​The Aiken/Barnwell Counties Community Action Agency, Inc. (ABCCAA) is a people-oriented, non-profit, community-based organization that has assisted the people within its service areas since 1966. The main purpose of our Agency is to help improve the lives of people in need, as well as addressing a variety of community concerns.
